Farewell to a True Friend
Sherrill "Shaun" Nielsen
September 10, 1942 - December 10, 2010
It is with a heavy heart that we must say goodbye to Shaun Nielsen. After a long struggle with cancer, Shaun passed away Friday, Dec. 10, 2010 with his loving wife, Brenda, at his side.
I ask all fans to pray for Brenda, his family, and all the friends left behind. While I know he is in a far better place, we will all miss him.
Shaun was an incredible friend and human being. His friendship through good and bad times helped make me the person and performer I am today. Not only have I lost a friend, but the world has lost a truly incredible talent. Rest in peace my friend.
